We offer delivery services across Nepal. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2000.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
